Premium channels 3 mos. free: After 3 mos., you will be billed $30/mo. for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, Starz and DISH Movie Pack unless you call or go online to cancel.

Remote: The DISH Voice Remote requires internet-connected Hopper, Joey or Wally device. Customer must press the Voice Remote button to activate the feature.

Smart HD DVR included: Prices include Hopper Duo for qualifying customers. Hopper, Hopper w/Sling or Hopper 3 $5/mo. more. Upfront fees may apply based on credit qualification.

DISH Anywhere: Watching live and recorded TV anywhere requires an internet-connected Hopper w/Sling or Hopper 3 and compatible mobile device.

4K: Watching 4K requires a 4K TV

Autohop: Commercial skip feature is available at varying times, starting the day after airing, for select primetime shows on ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC recorded with PrimeTime Anytime.

Reliability Guarantee: Limited time offer, subject to change. Available only to new or returning former customers. Guarantee covers signal loss outages due to normal weather and/or technical issues. Does not cover signal loss outages due to user error. Does not cover changes in programming content. To receive outage credits, you must contact DISH customer service by phone or chat within 72 hours of the outage. Upon verifying the outage, DISH will issue bill credits in daily increments from the time of the outage until the outage is restored. Not available to DISH Outdoors customers.

Other: All packages, programming, features, and functionality and all prices and fees not included in price guarantee are subject to change without notice. After 6 mos., if selected, you will be billed $11.99/mo. for DISH Protect unless you call to cancel. After 2 years, then-current everyday prices for all services apply. The Netflix service is provided to you by Netflix under the Netflix Terms of Use, which will be provided to you separately. The other services included in your DISH package are provided by DISH. In order to enjoy the Netflix service included in your package from DISH, you will need to activate Netflix. You will receive instructions on how to activate Netflix via email and/or text message. Netflix Billing: You will be billed for Netflix by DISH immediately after it is added to your DISH package. If you already have an existing Netflix account, during activation you must link it to your DISH package to avoid separate charges. You will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix account until you link that account to your DISH package. Existing Netflix Membership: If you link an existing Netflix account to your DISH package, and then cancel your DISH package, Netflix will automatically resume charging your existing payment method that they have on file. Managing Netflix Account: If you wish to review or make changes to your Netflix membership please visit the ‘Account’ pages on the Netflix website or via MyDish. Loss of Bill Credits: If you drop below the minimum DISH programming requirements, you will lose the credits to your DISH bill. If you pause your service, any remaining credits will be forfeited and your remaining DISH commitment will resume when your service is unpaused. Netflix Promotional Offer End: When your DISH promotional offer including Netflix ends, you will continue to be billed by DISH for your Netflix subscription at the then-current retail price for your Netflix plan. Information Sharing: DISH will share the email address and/or phone number registered to your DISH account with Netflix to facilitate your activation of the Netflix service included in your DISH service.
